Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation with your order details.
Processing Time: All confirmed orders are processed within 0 to 7 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Order Verification: In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you to confirm the order before dispatch.
Standard Delivery: 0–7 business days (depending on your location).
Metro Cities: Usually delivered within 0–7 business days.
Tier 2 & Remote Areas: May take 0–12 business days.
Delays: While we try to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier service issues, or festive seasons.
Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹3,999.
Standard Shipping Fee: A nominal shipping charge of ₹49–₹99 may apply for orders below ₹999.
Cash on Delivery Fee: Additional service fee of ₹65 (where COD is available).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking ID and a link to track your package in real-time.
Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours after dispatch.
We work with trusted courier services such as Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and secure delivery.
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
If the package is not received after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.
Currently, we ship only within India. International delivery is not available at this time.
